Location : Mumbai (Andheri east)

Job Description
*Interpret and promote the equitable application of HR policies and procedures.
*Over looking PF & ESIC related activities
*Payroll related activities
*To participate to meet the goals for key HR processes:
oRecruitment
oLeave Attendance Management
oHR Report generation
oRetention strategies
oRecognition and Reward strategies
oPerformance Management compliance
*Provide leadership on issues related to organizational culture and values that attract, retain, and motivate quality people.
*Act as a resource to employees for resolving workplace issues.
