JOB SUMMARY : The selected candidate will be a part of Sysadmin/Application Support team, responsible for providing first level technical support and guidance to users in India and USA on a regular basis.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Experience in administering webservers like Apache and Tomcat. Expertise in administering linux servers in a virtualized environment. Good in interfacing with the remote teams in an effective manner. Good with scripting like shell/perl. A detailed understanding of protocols and services (TCP/IP,HTTP/HTTPS,FTPS/SFTP, DNS, SSL, RSYNC,firewalls, load balancers) . Proven ability to write clear & concise documentation. CANDIDATE PROFILE The position is open for male candidates only willing to work in rotational shifts.  Skills/ Expertise: Strong communication skills (verbal and written communication skills in English). Ability to exercise judgment within procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Sense of urgency and ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines. Must be self-managed, responsive, and dedicated to customer support. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Work Experience: 1- 4 years experience in linux supporting. Experience in TCP/IP and general networking.. Education: BE/ BTech/ MCA in Computers/ Electronics/ Telecommunication. MCSE & CCNA certification will be preferred. Candidates with BE in any other stream can apply if they have done relevant linux ( Red hat certification course ) or has working experience in linux. COMPENSATION : CTC:  3 to 5 lacs per annum (Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate).
