Position: HR Executive

(Role and Responsibilities)
* Manage, coordinate and administer the various day-to-day HR responsibilities; support activities of the Human Resources Department, which would include the Employee Life cycle.
* Understand our staffing needs and work with Agencies, In-Bound Leads and Web Portals to fulfill the same, within the said timelines.
* Handle Pre Joining & Joining Formalities for new recruits- Employee Background Verification, Offer Letter, Employee Induction/Orientation, Collecting Personnel Records, etc.
* Handle Exit Formalities for employees- Exit Interviews, Employee Handovers, Full & Final Settlement, etc.
* Manage Employee Records/Database for all 3 group companies.
* Assist in other functions of HR which would include Performance Appraisal, Employee Engagement Activities, Employee Retention, etc.


Experience and Background:

* A SMART HR professional with at least 2 years of recruiting experience in digital media, advertising, IT or entertainment industries
* Must have knowledge of MS Office
* Must be detail-oriented, organized, timely and efficient at all office tasks that are allocated.
* Must be Proactive, Disciplined & a Self Starter
* Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills (beyond HR jargon!)
