Job Description :
Ddmart is offering excellent HR Generalist role, of handling entire life cycle of 250-300 employees.
This position will independently handle the following roles & responsibilities :
1. Manpower Mapping
2. Recruitment coordination
3. On boarding of new joinees
4. Personnel file Management
5. HRIS Management through Value moves Software
6. Monthly attendance and leave records management
7. Management of Contract employees
8. Driving the entire Employee Engagement Activities
9. Payroll processing
10. Statutory compliances
11. .Learning & Development
12. Grievance handling
13. Exit Formalities including processing of final settlements
